The Fire Department Instructors Conference officially gets underway today, April 9, 2014. Pre-Conference workshops and classes started Monday, but today starts the general conference and Exhibitors will start to show off their stuff in the vendor halls.

Firefighter Josh Robinson from the North Point, WI fire district will be making his first trip to the Fire Department Instructor Conference, FDIC, this year. Out of all the possible experiences of going to arguably the best conferences a firefighter can attend, Robinson is looking most forward eating at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant.
